2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cups Milk
1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Flour
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Crack you eggs into your Blender |
Pour in your milk |
Then add your water to the blender |
Along with the Flour |
and Melted Butter |
Then Pulse for around 10 seconds |
Pour a THIN layer of batter on a skillet pan. Cook till golden then.. |
Flip! Toppings: You can top then with whatever you want, but what we love to do is Butter, Lemon, and Powder Sugar. Enjoy! |
